Love and Anger are two extreme emotions in human lives which rule us, both poles apart and lead us to totally different destinies. In the present milieu, pure and divine love is the best gift we can give to this world. Today, in this selfish and chaotic world, a word of care, a word of selfless love can create wonders. An act of kindness, however small, can never go waste, taking us to new heights of inner happiness, peace and satisfaction that probably cannot be expressed in words.
Anger, on the other hand, can destroy almost everything that we have or earned in life. An angry man is not in a stable state of mind and, hence, cannot be expected to act sensibly. He can never be at peace. However, some people argue that it is necessary to get angry sometimes to get things done or to change people’s attitude towards us. But, one must never forget one important lesson we have been taught by the Supreme — that we are not here to change others. Our goal is to change ourselves; work for our mental and emotional uplift. Others will change as per their time and destiny; we cannot force anyone. But our destiny lies in our own hands.
We can choose to make our life beautiful by inculcating the virtues of love, peace, purity, happiness or can make it miserable by remaining engaged in vices.
Remember, God does not give us happiness; He only shows us the path to happiness.
Hence, it is up to us to make happiness a way of life, leaving behind past experiences that had a negative impact on our mind.
